Reservation Process
 If we do not have a puppy of the type you like or if you are not ready for your new puppy yet, you may
want to consider reserving a puppy.
The way the reservation process works is;
 Generally our puppies start selling at prior to birth and until they are two to three weeks old.  
Generally all our puppies are sold by the time they reach three weeks of age.  Of course we keep them
until they are six weeks or older for pick up here at our kennels or for delivery in our private airplane
and until eight weeks or older for shipment by commercial airplane.  If someone wants to reserve a
puppy, first we inform them where they would be on the list for the type of puppy they want (black &
white male, black & white female, red & white male, red & white female or tricolor female), then they
pay the full amount for the puppy.  We inform them by e-mail shortly after puppies of their type are
born, then they must choose a puppy or tell us they prefer to wait, within two days of notification.  This
allows us to continue marketing the rest of the puppies in the litter.  They can choose a puppy from
pictures on the website or by coming here to the kennel.
A customer never has to accept a puppy they do not like!
 If we are able to offer a puppy of the right type but the customer does not like any of the puppies in
the litter, the customer has the option to tell us to go ahead and sell all the litter and that they would
like to wait for another litter and they can wait as long as they like, however getting one's money back
is not an option.  If the customer accepts a puppy as his/her choice within the two days, we then reserve
that puppy for them and we guarantee that the puppy will be healthy and ready to go per our vet.  If for
any reason the puppy is not healthy, as determined by a vet at the Lake Area Animal Clinic, then the
customer has the option of a full refund of their money or of waiting for another litter.  We reserve the
right to hold back and not sell any puppies that we need to continue our breeding program.
 If we are not able to offer a healthy puppy of the right type (black & white male, black & white
female, red & white male, red & white female or tricolor female) within six months of the reservation
being made, then the customer has the option of a full refund of their money or of waiting for another
litter.  If after being notified three times, and a customer still has not selected a puppy, then due to time
constraints, it becomes the customer's responsibility to keep in contact with us about available puppies.  
The customer can wait as long as they like, however getting one's money back is not an option.
